Good questions
How far in advance should we book?
Peak-season Saturdays (May to October) and December holiday parties go first, so we suggest reaching out 6–12 months ahead for weddings and 1–3 months ahead for most other events. Planning something last-minute? Ask anyway — we'll do our best.
Can we choose the music?
Absolutely. Your planning consult covers must-plays, do-not-plays, special-moment songs and the overall vibe. We also take guest requests on the night and filter them so they fit the flow you want.
What do you need from our venue?
Roughly an 8 × 6 ft space near a standard power outlet and access about two hours before guests arrive. We bring our own booth facade, cables and lighting, and we coordinate details directly with your venue.
Do you bring backup equipment?
Always. Backup playback, microphones and cables come to every event, so a technical hiccup never becomes a silent dance floor.
Do you travel for events?
Yes — from local venues to destination weddings. Any travel or accommodation costs are listed clearly in your quote before you book.
How do we lock in our date?
Once you're happy with your quote, a signed agreement and a retainer reserve your date. The balance is due shortly before the event — all the specifics are spelled out in your agreement.
